From my debut as a COBOL software developer to my current role at Transport for London, I’ve occupied multiple functions in various environments and acquired a rare skill set covering the entire spectrum of system development and management practises. I have strong technical and management skills and ability to lead large, multidisciplinary technical teams in complex technical, contractual, political environments. Richard George was appointed to the role of Director of Digital for eircom Group in October 2014. He is responsible for eircom’s digital & omnichannel vision, strategy and change programmes, as well as managing all of the digital touch points of eircom and Meteor’s sales and service.
Prior to his appointment, Richard was Head of Online Sales for O2 Telefónica in the UK, and was integral to the team that delivered a new website for O2, which went on to win 2014’s websiteoftheyear.co.uk. Before that he worked as part of O2 Telefónica’s digital transformation programme, owning the development of self service capability online and within retail.
Richard has also worked for Marks and Spencer where he held a number of retail management, eCommerce and multichannel business development positions.

Eddie heads up QVC UK’s digital merchandising operations including the TV channels QVC Beauty, QVC Extra and QVC Style, and all digital platforms, qvcuk.com and mobile apps. During his three years there, the company’s digital landscape has changed significantly with the re-platforming of its website, the launch of iPhone, Android and iPad apps as well as the launch of two new TV channels on the Sky and Freeview platforms.

Amee is a consumer and retail executive with a track record of delivering growth and innovation. Most recently she led the repositioning of NutriCentre, a multichannel wellbeing retailer owned by Tesco. Previous roles include MD Staples UK, where she led the integration of the direct and retail businesses, VP Biz Dev Wal-Mart and strategy consultant at McKinsey.

David is responsible for all marketing functions at Instart Logic. He has 25 years of tech industry marketing experience, most recently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Ubiquiti Networks, a high-growth, publicly-traded leader in wireless networking systems. Prior to Ubiquiti, David served as Vice President of Marketing for video and emerging technologies at Cisco. In that role he was responsible for marketing Cisco's video portfolio to enterprises, service providers and growing emerging technology businesses across multiple market segments, including Cisco TelePresence. Prior to Cisco, he was the senior marketing officer for three publicly-traded companies — Evolve Software, LBMS, Inc. and WebEx — and a senior executive at Sybase, FaceTime Communications and Marrakech. David has a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Northwestern University.

Carin is Chief Marketing Officer at Usablenet, a global mobile technology company working with major retail, travel and B2B brands. Carin is an experienced marketing executive and brand builder. She’s consulted with brands such as UPS and Johnson & Johnson on their brand strategy, and advised brands like Marks & Spencer, Ritz Carlton and Chanel on mobile strategy and user experience. Eric Fergusson has more than 10 years of retail experience, including new category launch and trading roles at Shop Direct Group and strategy consulting at OC&C to retailers including Abel and Cole, Jimmy Choo and The Container Store. Since joining eCommera, Eric has supported the strategic and operational ecommerce plans of Belstaff, Jaeger and Jimmy Choo, ensuring business case expectation is matched by capability whilst driving in-life performance through training, merchandising and trading.
Tina has more than 12 years of experience working in digital marketing. Prior to joining Quantcast as Head of Account Strategy, she managed a department of 10 digital specialists, responsible for advertising budgets of more than £30 million per annum, across a portfolio of clients including Vodafone, Post Office, Easyjet, Boots, HMV and Eurotunnel and has also previously worked as a Sales Director at Valueclick Europe.

Gareth Bray is Head of Solutions Engineering for Moxie, heading up the EMEA team which works with customers across all sectors to realise their business objectives with multichannel engagement. He's been with Moxie for 9 years and previously worked in the call centre industry so brings experience of the reality of customer engagement from a wide base.

David leads IBM’s e-commerce software business in Europe. David has extensive understanding and experience of the global retail industry having spent his entire career buying and selling retail solutions. Over the last years years he has worked with major European retail and distribution companies to re-platform their E-Commerce systems and deliver Omni-channel capabilities. He has held senior positions with vendors including Kewill Systems and Transora (1Sync), where he was the Director of Business Development for Europe. David has presented at many seminars throughout Europe and Asia Pacific. He is involved in the CPG Global Upstream Supply Initiative.
David has worked exclusively in retail throughout his career. Starting out in Store Management roles at Argos, he quickly progressed into IT roles focusing on store systems and processes. He joined The Burton Group and worked in a variety of technical roles until becoming Business Systems Controller at Debenhams in 1998. He has held senior IT roles at Debenhams including operating at CIO level. David has extensive experience in multi-channel, ecommerce and stores systems as well as back of house implementations in Data Warehousing, HR and Finance. An accomplished and adaptable IT professional with proven skills in stakeholder and supplier management, David has a passion for solving business problems and delivering effective solutions. Ian, Head of UK Account Management, joined Adyen in April 2013 and has many years experience within payments, finance and loyalty. Jamie Peach is Head of SEO at House of Fraser, currently enjoying his 8th year in the SEO industry and voted one of the UK's most influential individuals in Search Marketing & SEO.
